I have just a question, maybe it is simple but I have some doubts…
If my TR= 2 and I have 180 timepoints does it make sense to set the nfft=250?
Is there a better way to do it?
Example
3dPeriodogram
-nfft 250 \
-prefix ${run}_fft
${run}_Zscore_whole+tlrc
