mask from MNI to TLRC

AFNI version info (afni -ver): Precompiled binary macos_10.12_local: Jun 10 2020 (Version AFNI_20.1.14 'Otho')

Good morning,

I would like to use this DMN mask (volume): NeuroVault: mask_DMN
My data is in TLRC and I would like to convert this DMN mask from MNI to TLRC. What would be the best way to do this in afni? I have tried different things that didn't work.

Additionally, when I 3dinfo this DMN mask, it says "Template Space: TLRC." However, mask doesn't match a TLRC anatomical image. It seems to match a MNI image, and in the site, you can read: "target_template_image: GenericMNI"
I'm not sure if I am misunderstanding something. Any thoughts are welcome.

There are lots of ways to do this. See this previous thread and the links included there too:

3dinfo looks at the header of the dataset to see what space it is. AFNI and NIFTI headers both have fields for this. That is sometimes not correctly set. If you know that the data is in one of the MNI spaces, then you can fix that in the dataset with 3drefit or nifti_tool. Here's a simple example with 3drefit:

3drefit -space MNI mydset.nii.gz

Thanks a lot for the fast reply.
I just tried both adwarp and 3dwarp, and adwarp worked the best.
