Hi AFNI folks,
I’m trying to transform the reference frame of the estimated movement parameters. Ideally, rather than having a time course of motion parameters measured relative to, for instance, the coordinate system defined by the middle volume of a functional times series, I would have a time course of motion expressed in a reference frame shared by all subjects, perhaps the native scanner coordinate system. I’ve poked around in 3dinfo but don’t see an obvious output that would be relevant for computing that transformation. If you can point me in the right direction or suggests a way to access the information required, it would be much appreciated.
