How to deconvole a column of number?

Hello AFNI experts,
A column (a 1D file ‘column.1D’ ) of number was generated by averaging all voxels in a ROI. I want to deconvole this column just like it is data of a voxel. So I used almost the same 3Ddeconvovle inputs as we do to a dataset except that the ‘-input’ option was changed to ‘-input1D column.1D’ and ‘-TR_1D’. The outputs to the terminal or a 1D file contained labels (words) for the statistics. I want to know:

  1. Whether the changes (-input1D column.1D’ and ‘-TR_1D’) I made was right to deconvole a column of number?
  2. How to prevent 3Ddeconvovle from outputting labels? (The ‘-quiet’ option doesn’t work.)
    Thank you!

Hi Li,

  1. Whether the changes (-input1D column.1D’ and ‘-TR_1D’) I made was right to deconvole a column of number?

They look fine to me.

  1. How to prevent 3Ddeconvovle from outputting labels? (The ‘-quiet’ option doesn’t work.)

The -quiet option is likely the best you can do. You may have to manually remove those labels if you prefer.
