How can I get the canonical hemodynamic response function with 3dDeconvolve

Do you mean to estimate the hemodynamic response based on the EPI data from the scanner? If so, use TENT or TENTzero as the response model in option -stim_times in 3dDeconvolve.

Because my data is resting-state, I can’t estimate HRF from EPI data. But I need a canonical HRF to convolve with alpha power time series in EEG. Can I estimate canonical HRF with TENT or TENTzero?

You can obtain the prefixed hemodynamic response as below (assuming the TR is 2 seconds):

waver -dt 2 -GAM -inline 1@1 > HDR.1D
