Hi All,
I am new to AFNI and this is my first AFNI download. I am using El Cap on Mac version 10.11.6. Additionally, R is up-to-date and I have dowloaded xQuartz and xcode as per the instructions on: https://afni.nimh.nih.gov/pub/dist/doc/htmldoc/background_install/install_instructs/steps_mac.html
However, when I enter brew doctor into the terminal I get a slew of warnings:

Please note that these warnings are just used to help the Homebrew maintainers
with debugging if you file an issue. If everything you use Homebrew for is
working fine: please don’t worry and just ignore them. Thanks!
