Hello,

I am wondering if 3dLME has a -resid option like 3dttest++ to output residuals into a dataset? If not, is there another suggested way to obtain this?

Alfonso,

I could add an option -resid in 3dLME to output the residuals that correspond to the data table in 3dLME. In other words, the residuals would have the same length as the number of rows in the 3dLME data table. Is that what you’re looking for?
