and I have confirmed the mask file is right,What surprised me is that when I delete the tFile in Data table ,the code run well,but I still want to add the t stats to analysis.the code I ran as shown below:
#!/bin/bash
test=(cat subject.txt)

-mask all_rigid_mask.Pilot1+tlrc

Hello.I have changed the code as you showed ,but there was still a problem(Error in FUN(array(newX[, i], d.call, dn.call), …) :

For some reason, the mask could not be read in properly. Try removing the following line:

-mask all_rigid_mask.Pilot1+tlrc \

and see if it works.

Thanks for your suggestion,It is so strange but it really works.By the way,I met this problem on another machine;

checking for R packages…
rPkgsInstall -pkgs ALL -check : FAILURE

    oo Warning:
       These packages are not installed on the computer: afex!
    These packages are not installed on the computer: brms!
    These packages are not installed on the computer: metafor!

After I uesd 'rPkgsInstall -pkgs ‘metafor’ ’ to install metafor. There is a problem as shown below:

Installing package into ‘/home/boyden/R’
(as ‘lib’ is unspecified)

++ Note: @ 11:09:53
This package has been installed on the computer: metafor

Warning message:
package ‘metafor’ is not available (for R version 3.4.4)

How should I solve this problem ,Thanks for your suggestion!

What is your operating system?

package ‘metafor’ is not available (for R version 3.4.4)

On Linux, update update R to the most recent version. On Mac OS, update R to 3.6.x.
