When hovering over the Draw ROI plugin and releasing the right click no AFNI window editor comes up. Therefore we cannot select copy dataset. Are we missing a step to being able to trace on the images? Thank you!
Well, the button-click method works on my system. What system are you running on? What is the output of the command afni --ver?
You can also start the plugin from the Datamode->Plugins menu.
When we go to the data mode plugins- everything is in light grey and can’t be selected…
