Creating ROIs for OP1-4

Hi, I’m looking for a way to generate ROIs for OP1 through OP 4 in volume space; something like the whereami command for Brodmann area 1, for example:

whereami -prefix roi_BA1 -mask_atlas_region ‘TT_Daemon::Brodmann_area_1’

Or, any other way even from a different atlas. Any recommendation?

“whereami -show_atlas_code” shows the various atlas regions, and these atlases may have the OP regions you want.

So you could get one of these regions with a command like this:

whereami -mask_atlas_region MNI_Glasser_HCP_v1.0::L_Area_OP4/PV -prefix lOP4.nii.gz

The other versions of the cytoarchitectonic atlases from previous versions of the MPM maps from Eickhoff-Zilles also included these regions (1.8 and 1.3 versions in AFNI in Talairach, MNI and MNI_ANAT space).
