We’re experiencing issues with running 3dMEMA adjusted for covariates of no-interest. The following error msg appears:
Covariates will be centered around their respective means
Have lop$centerType 0
Have lop$centerType2 0
Error in if (dim(lop$covData)[1] == 1) lop$covData ← t(lop$covData) :
argument is of length zero
Calls: process.MEMA.opts
Execution halted
Any ideas what is going wrong?
