Hello,

I generated a deconvolution matrix using 3dDeconvolve and then subsequently ran 3dREML using that matrix. Is it possible to add additional GLTs to the bucket output without re-running 3dREML again?

No.

You can re-run 3dREMLfit without re-running 3dDeconvolve by using the -gltsym option to 3dREMLfit, but you still have to re-run 3dREMLfit.
