Hi AFNI experts!
A common problem in fMRI connectivity analysis is the need for an arbitrary correlation threshold to determine whether or not two areas are connected.
I was wondering if, in AFNI, there are already implemented some analytical method which don’t require a priori threshold selections to define significant connections (i.e. Intrinsic Connectivity Distribution, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3538880/ ).
My aim, given two correlation maps, from different functional seeds: usage of a -correctly thresholded- conjunction analysis between the two maps, to define a functional network (which is a method frequently used in defining networks).
It’s about resting state.
Thanks in advance,
