Cat Template

Hi Daniel,

Actually I found a catlas publicly available:
Catlas: An magnetic resonance imaging‐based three‐dimensional cortical atlas and tissue probability maps for the domestic cat (Felis catus)
https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/cne.24271
But I don’t know how to combine it into afni as a ‘standard’ template for tlrc:-( Can you help me?

Thanks,
Meizhen

I couldn’t find a file to download, but I did get in touch with them to find out more.

Sorry, I should pointed it out. The files are available for download at www.cerebralsystems.ca.

Thanks,
Meizhen

I don’t see any link there for downloads, but maybe I’m missing it. Can you send me the specific link?

Sorry, here it is:

Thanks. I was able to get that integrated into AFNI. The files can be extracted here. There are the Catlas template and atlas files along with surfaces for each of the regions. I smoothed the regions a bit with modal smoothing because I think they look more accurate that way, so that’s a slight difference from the original. Also I scaled the template to 1000 instead of 0-1 because I think that will work better with other datasets. Additionally, the datasets are deobliqued and share a “CATLAS” template space.
