when i want to view the data, if there are some data in the current directory, i will just be able to see the data in my current derectory. what if i want to see the atlases in abin/ directory and the data in current directory at the same time. if i have to set something in the .afnirc, which lines should i set.

Yes, set the location in the ~/.afnirc file.
The magic environment variable is: AFNI_GLOBAL_SESSION
For example:
AFNI_GLOBAL_SESSION = /something/something_else/abin
