Hello everyone
I am very new to the world of Linux and afni. I was trying to follow the tutorial from the bootcamp youtube channel for 3d clustering. (Image below)
When I run it, I get the error below:
3dclusterize: error while loading shared libraries: libgsl.so.0 cannot open shared object file: no such file or directory
I am not sure what the problem is and I need help to see what is happening.

I can guess that one step in the installation (making a link for the GSL libraries) wasn't done. To be sure, could you please copy+paste the output of this on your system:
afni_system_check.py -check_all
