Hi all,
I’ve been looking for a way to do B0 correction and was wondering if there is an AFNI function that does that? We collect a double-echo field map on a Siemens, if that matters. From looking at past posts and other websites, it looks like FSL and SPM have tools for it, but I haven’t found anything for AFNI yet. We’d like to keep our processing stream with as much AFNI as possible, so any help would be appreciated!
