Hi all: I had installed AFNI successfully in bash (ubuntu) in Windows PC. And it had been running well very. However, I installed anaconda in the bash, now the bash is in conda environment. Now I can not run afni anymore in the bash, after input ‘afni’ it shows: afni, no command found. Should I re-install the AFNI in the conda bash?
