I am looking at false positives in resting state data and have my standard pipeline in the sharp_ANT proc, but I need to a 3DReml to the script. I’ve been reading around and im pretty sure I have it placed in the right order. If anyone could take a look at the two scripts and make sure -regress_reml_exec is in the appropriate place it would be very helpful.
