I have a question regarding 3dttest++.

I have run a 3dttest++ with the below script.

And, this resulted in the below sub-bricks

When I ran the above script using stat files from the different simuli and it resulted in the below results.

sub-brik #0 Condition 1 - Condition 2 mean
sub-brik #1 Condition 1 - Condition 2 Zscr
sub-brik #2 Condition 1 mean
sub-brik #3 Condition 1 Zscr
sub-brik #4 Condition 2 mean
sub-brik #3 Condition 2 Zscr

I am wondering why these resulted in different sub-bricks and if Zscr generates different result from Tstat.

What do you mean by “using stat files from the different simuli”? Using t-statistic values from each subject as input for 3dttest++ or something else?
