Hello,
I’m working on a resting state preprocessing script and one of the lines is:
‘-tshift_opts_ts -tpattern altplus’
On the AFNI help output for 3dTshift it says the following:
alt+z = altplus = alternating in the plus direction
My question is, does it matter whether I enter alt+z or altplus to the resting state script above? Thanks.
Those patterns mean the same thing and work identically, either is good.
