I have used 3dTcorr1D with column and row selectors like below and it executes without error. this usage is not mentioned in the -help so I was not sure if results are accurate. If correct would be good to add it to help
3dTcorr1D -pearson -prefix Corr+tlrc xset+tlrc’[0…$(2)]’ Y.1D’{0…$(2)}’
