Hi all,
I’ve tried 3dSkullStrip to remove non-brains, but a part of gray matter are not included at the parietal lobe. I’ve done 3dUnifize before stripping, and I’ve tried -push_to_edge, but didn’t get any better. However, 3dedge seems to get a good result. So what should be done next? And one more question, how to remove cerebellum, brainstem, and other non-cerebral tissues?
