The table output by 3dClusterize provides coordinates in the space of your datasets; if your dsets are in MNI space, then so are the coordinates.
Additionally, AFNI’s whereami function/program can find overlap with atlases. Daniel Glen has been working bring in more MNI atlases for things like this. See:
